Legal Gig Adda provides digital legal services tailored for freelancers, startups, creators, and small businesses. Our offerings include but are not limited to:

– Cyber compliance audits and breach kits
– Platform-specific reviews and appeal letters
– 1-on-1 legal consultations via WhatsApp or Google Meet
– Templates and notices for disputes, chargebacks, and client non-payment
Each service is described in detail on our website or store listing. Customizations are available as per the scope defined at purchase.
2. 💳 Pricing & Payment
– All prices are listed in INR and/or USD as applicable.
– Payment is required upfront to confirm service delivery.
– We accept UPI, bank transfer, and select payment gateways.
– For consultations, slot confirmation occurs post-payment.
– Legal Gig Adda reserves the right to revise pricing or offer discounts at its discretion.
3. 📦 Delivery & Turnaround
– Standard delivery timelines range from 24 to 72 hours, depending on the service.
– Documents are delivered in editable Word and PDF formats via email or WhatsApp.
– Each service includes 1 round of revisions unless otherwise stated.
– Urgent delivery may be available at an additional fee (subject to availability).
4. 📞 Consultations
– Consultations are conducted via WhatsApp or Google Meet.
– Duration is fixed (30 or 60 minutes) as per the purchased plan.
– Rescheduling is allowed with 12-hour prior notice.
– No-shows or late cancellations may forfeit the session without refund.
5. 📁 Intellectual Property & Usage
– All documents are custom-created for the client and licensed for personal or business use.
– Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of templates or deliverables is prohibited.
– Legal Gig Adda retains the right to anonymize and reuse frameworks for future clients.
6. 🔐 Confidentiality
– All client data, documents, and communications are treated as confidential.
– We do not share, sell, or disclose client information to third parties without consent.

7. 🚫 Refunds & Disputes
– Due to the nature of digital legal services, refunds are not guaranteed once work has begun.

– Legal Gig Adda reserves the right to refuse service in cases of abuse, fraud, or non-cooperation.
