At Legal Gig Adda, we strive to deliver high-quality legal services tailored to freelancers, startups, and creators. Due to the nature of digital legal work, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.

1. 📦 Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once work has commenced or documents have been delivered:

– Legal document drafting (e.g., NDAs, IP Agreements, Privacy Policies) 
– Cyber audits, breach kits, and compliance reviews 
– Templates for disputes, chargebacks, or appeals 
– Consultations (once scheduled or completed)

This includes partial refunds for bundled packs or discounted services.

2. 🕒 Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

– You cancel the service before work begins (within 2 hours of payment) 
– We are unable to deliver the service within the promised timeline   
– The service delivered is materially different from what was described

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

3. 🔁 Revisions vs. Refunds

Most services include 1 round of revisions. If you’re dissatisfied with the initial draft, we encourage you to request edits before seeking a refund.

Refunds will not be granted for:

– Change of mind after delivery 
– Minor stylistic preferences or subjective dissatisfaction 
– Failure to implement the document correctly on your platform

4. 💳 How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, email support@gigadda.com with:

– Your name and order ID 
– Service purchased 
– Reason for refund request 
– Any supporting screenshots or documentation

We aim to respond within 24–48 hours and process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days.

5. ⚖️ Dispute Resolution

If you believe your case requires escalation, please contact info@gigadda.com. We will review your request in good faith and may offer partial refunds, credits, or alternate services at our discretion.

If you purchased via a third-party platform (e.g., Razorpay, PayPal, Fiverr), their refund policies may apply. We will assist with documentation but cannot guarantee outcomes on external platforms.
